Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rans88 ("rans88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://rans88.click ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Definitions

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on rans88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

2. You are registering as a private individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business entity or syndicate.

4. You do not hold any existing active Account with rans88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

6. You are not registered as a self-excluded player with rans88.

Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account registration

Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 One account per person

Each individual may hold one Account only. Where rans88 identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified by shared name, email, device, payment method, IP address or any combination thereof — rans88 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated bets and withhold associated withdrawals pending investigation.

4.3 KYC verification requirements

rans88 may require Players to submit identity and payment verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Typically required documents include:

• A valid Malaysian identity document, driver's licence or passport showing full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months, such as a utility bill or official bank statement.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, where reasonably requested.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, where an additional likeness check is required.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period specified by rans88 may result in withdrawal suspension and, ultimately, Account closure in accordance with applicable procedures.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in MYR through payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of deposit, which may include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Supported methods and applicable limits are subject to change.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000 subject to applicable daily and weekly caps.

rans88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the Player completing the deposit.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed only to payment methods previously used to fund the Account and registered in the Player's verified name. Where a Player has deposited using multiple methods, withdrawal routing will follow rans88's internal allocation policy as communicated at the time of request.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the Account must have completed KYC verification in full. rans88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within three to five business days, though individual payment provider timelines may vary.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates in MYR as its base currency. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, an equivalent MYR value is applied at the conversion rate applicable at the time of receipt. All promotional amounts, wagering requirements and limits are expressed in MYR.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General bonus conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by rans88 are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, which take precedence over these general terms to the extent of any conflict. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of any bonus before opting in or claiming.

6.2 Wagering requirements

Unless otherwise stated in an individual offer's terms, bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. A wagering requirement of X10 means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times; X15 means fifteen times; and so on. For example, a RM100 bonus with an X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Maximum bet during bonus

While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit typically applies. This limit is stated in the individual offer terms and commonly falls between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per stake or spin. Placing wagers in excess of the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6.4 Game contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games and certain instant games may contribute at reduced rates, commonly between 10% and 20%. A full game contribution schedule is provided in the individual offer terms.

6.5 Bonus expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be used within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.

6.6 Bonus abuse

rans88 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer under multiple accounts; exploiting system errors or miscommunications; hedging bets across outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of wagering requirement; and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where such patterns are identified, rans88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void derived winnings and suspend or close the relevant Accounts.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placing bets

A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid confirmation message from the Platform. rans88 is not liable for bets lost due to connectivity issues, session timeouts or technical interruptions on the Player's end. Players are responsible for ensuring they hold sufficient funds in their Account before placing any wager.

7.2 Void bets

rans88 reserves the right to declare a bet void and return the stake where: (a) the bet was placed on erroneous odds or prices published by system error; (b) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for settlement; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) relevant sporting regulations or applicable law require voiding.

7.3 Sports betting markets

Sports betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC events and other covered markets are subject to rans88's individual sport-specific rules, which are published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen display and the applicable rule document, the rule document governs.

7.4 Live betting

Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at the displayed odds at the moment of acceptance. Market suspension, latency or connectivity issues may result in a bet not being accepted. rans88 shall not be liable for bets not accepted during periods of market suspension or technical interruption.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be immediately suspended, permanently closed and any balance withheld pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in the same or a different name.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without express authorisation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in collusion or coordinated play with other players designed to defraud the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs or miscommunicated odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a deposit made to the Platform without first contacting rans88 support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rans88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, software, trademarks, service marks and the rans88 brand name, is the exclusive property of rans88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of rans88. Permitted uses are limited to personal, non-commercial browsing of the Platform consistent with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rans88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical interruption; loss of data; unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security; or decisions made based on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rans88's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. rans88 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes and force majeure events may cause temporary access disruption, for which rans88 will not be held liable.

Responsible Gambling

rans88 is committed to providing a platform on which entertainment remains controlled, informed and within financial means. The following tools and policies form part of rans88's responsible gambling programme:
